Dr. Iyad Alosachie, M.D., Ph.D., graduated from Baghdad University’s College of Medicine and finished his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Belgium. He is the Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Wayne State Medical School, and has been practicing medicine for the last 30 years. Dr. Silvana Younan, M.D., a graduate of Baghdad University’s College of Medicine, is board certified in Internal Medicine from the United States and is especially interested in supporting Women’s Health. She has been practicing since 2004. Mazin is her brother. The physicians are affiliated with Providence Hospital in Southfield, St. John Oakland Hospital in Macomb and Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. They accept most insurance plans, including HAP and Blue Care Network, and also treat patients with no insurance at all. Languages spoken include English, Chaldean, Arabic and French. Prescriptions are expertly filled by Taimor N. Antone, R. Ph., a graduate of Wayne State and a practicing pharmacist for five years.
