Jennifer Dickow with PearlaBella has been selling her jewelry at the annual sale since its inception. “The Ladies of Charity always put on fantastic events,” said Dickow. “This evening was particularly fun because we all love quality shopping at a great price. It was great to see my friends and customers, make new friends and of course I had the opportunity to accessorize the many beautiful women with my PearlaBella collection. Just a really fun and elegant evening.” Karen Denha, Lillian Shallal and Kim Shallal are on the host committee. This year they decided to hold the event near Mother’s Day instead of in November as in past years. “It was a nice event,” said Denha. “November seems like a better time. Vendors said that even with our tough economy, people shop for Christmas gifts.” The event drew some 300 people who shopped for all kinds of items from the 40 different vendors. All money raised goes towards the various programs organized by CALC. 1. Ameera Zachary, Sue Loussia Hickey, Noor Naima and Janan Naima 2. Ghada Barash and Rita Awdish 3. Rwaida Korkis 4.
