She was born on February 5, 1927. Mrs. Babi is the wife of the late Hanna Scheashi Babi, and is survived by her children Bahjat (Hana), Adel (Sana), Ramzi (Inaam), Riad (Maysoon), Nimat (Shirley), Samira (the late Keryakoz Shammami), Ramzia (Keryakoz Najor), Ibtisam (Najib Ayar), and Nawal (the late Adel Kassab). Mrs. Babi is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is sorely missed by all. Her loss is especially felt at home with her son Ray and daughter-in-law May, where she lived for the past 20 years. How grateful we are for the care Ray and May took of Yuma. Of Yuma Jamila’s many grandchildren, she watched four grow daily from infants into young adults. Yuma took special pleasure in being such a large part of Megan, Derek, Dillon and Devin’s everyday lives. Now that Yuma Jamila is gone, she has left an empty room in their home and a hole in their hearts. Now Jamila is with her beloved husband Hanna and those whose graves she left behind in Telkaif: her mom Yuma Marosha, her dad Baba Hermiz, her favorite sister Shamama and the rest of her siblings. We take comfort knowing that she is in the arms of our loving Holy Mother, sitting at the feet of our Savior Isho Mshiha and forever will be basking in the pure love that is God. We will now look forward to joining her in what is called “the real life.” In the meantime we have a new guardian angel who will protect us fiercely and continue her constant rosaries, relentlessly praying in our names. 22 CHALDEAN NEWS MARCH 2012

In Loving Memory Of... CAMERON CHOLAGH February 9 January 24 2010 2012 - Dearest Cameron, Mommy and Daddy miss you and love you so much. You are our life, our world, our heart, our boy. You brought so much sunshine and joy into our lives and the lives of so many. You came into this world and filled our hearts with love and happiness. We could never have imagined having a son with the strength that you had. You are the most handsome, smart and funny boy Mommy and Daddy have ever seen. We are so lucky to have had you in our lives. Even when you were in the hospital you would sit in bed clapping and laughing, such a funny boy. All the time we spent with you feels like a dream now. Being able to look into those beautiful eyes and the way it felt to hold you was the best gift God could have given us. We always knew you were an angel, too good to be true. The world just feels so different without you in it. Not a day will go by that we will not think about our angel. You left us just before your 2nd birthday, you were becoming such a big boy. We continue to look at your pictures and videos, memories are all we have. You taught us all to be strong and we are trying our best. Cameron, we know that you are in a better place now. You will make such a precious little angel. Mommy and Daddy will always love you and will always cherish every day we had with you. We miss you so very much and hope that you are happy frolicking in the clouds. Love always, Mommy and Daddy So many people fell in love with our boy Cameron, he has touched so many. We are so fortunate to have family and friends to help us through this. Everybody has been so caring and compassionate. We are overwhelmed by all the love we have been showered with in this time when we need it most. It is so wonderful to have such great people in our lives. We can't even begin to express our gratitude to everybody for keeping us in their thoughts and prayers. Our angel taught us to accept the challenges we face with courage and to never give up. We hope that he helps all of you find peace, just as he helped us. Graciously, Lars and Eve Cholagh HOW CAN I HELP?
