Born in Telkaif, Iraq on November 10, 1948, Baha was the eldest of the nine children of Shlemon Ammori and Mara (Sheena) Ammori. He is survived by his wife, Kamila, who was by his side both for poorer and for richer, in sickness and in health, with unflagging energy and devotion; by his children, John (Katy) Ammori, Marvin Ammori, Lavon (Carl) Pogoncheff, Crystal (Shatomi) Kerbawy, and Candice Ammori; five grandchildren; Elizabeth, Emily, Joseph, Camila and Ari; eight siblings, Farook, Ghalia, Azhar, Omar, Enoud, Niala, Saber, Nawal, and their spouses; and many siblings-in law, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, and friends who were like extended family. He will be missed by all who knew him.
